Improve Overall Water Quality
Control Water Temperatures
Protect Our Clients Water Systems
SOLution

How does it work?

The sensor monitors the internal conditions of the pipework via an Ultra HD Camera that can provide live video to any of our clients’ remote devices. It can also present a time lapse video / pictures to show the levels of Biofilm over a specific period. This is possible due to our Biofilm Mesh Coupons that are built into each sensor.

Our SOLution can also be built with an Ozone Generation Technology (SOLtech Ozone Cells). The compact SOLtech Ozone Cells are highly efficient & clears biofilm over a short period.

The biofilm monitor is extremely capable at promptly detecting when a biofilm is present and gives a very prompt & accurate indication of when the biofilm has been eradicated.

Our SOLution Biofilm Monitor with SOLtech Ozone Cells has been shown to be more effective in the removal of biofilm & inorganic fouling than other traditional methods, such as Sodium Hypochlorite disinfections.

Can be used in all types of water systems (e.g. Hot & Cold Water Systems, Cooling Systems, Closed Heating/Chilled Systems & Process Systems). SOLution system can also auto-flush the outlets.

This design allows a standard flush to fully comply with the regulations, but also flushes the dead leg by means of a novel plumbing arrangement to a SOLution proprietary design.

How do you know a little used outlet has been flushed? Waterman auto flush valves date and time stamp: – Time of Flush – Date of flush – Volume of water flushed – Temperature of flushed water
SOLution can monitor:
Biofilm levels
Corrosion levels
Water Flow rates
Water Temperatures
Turbidity
Scale levels
Chemical levels
Inorganic fouling
RGB Colour Saturation
